Cyndi Frame: Bio

Here's my story:

I am first and foremost created to worship. The various roles I lead are just avenues to give glory to God everyday...all day. While being a wife, mom, worship leader, executive assistant, laundry queen, composer, jewelry lady or concert artist, I am totally committed to "honor" mode. Some days I do it well...and other days I'm glad God provided a thing called grace. My job is to embrace it and pass it on.

Here's my history (a.k.a. credibility):

I graduated from Olivet Nazarene University in 1984 with a B.S. in Music Education and an M.R.S. degree. :) My husband, Tony and I have served in various areas of music ministry for the past 26 years. Currently, I am on staff as an associate worship leader at Christian Fellowship Church in Ashburn, VA.

My Monday through Friday job consists of assisting a CEO and leadership team of a telecommunciations company in Tyson's Corner (aka Wall Street Jr.) I am in charge of HR and the payroll---go figure!!! LOL
It is a pleasure to work with such a great group of people! I totally believe God placed me there for a specific purpose and I'm anxious to see how He's planning to work it out!

For fun, (and college tuition payments) I sell Premier Designs Jewelry! Contact me for some awesome wardrobe accessories! Blessed are the "bejeweled" and 'blinged'!

So other than having 3 jobs, a 2 hour commute and training for a 1/2 marathon, I am a woman at peace with life and love being 40-something!! It's alllllll good!

Here's my family:

My husband, Tony, is the love of my life and my best friend. He is a piano technician for Jordan Kitts Music and volunteers to sing on the weekends at CFC. Between work and supporting my crazy rehearsal schedule, he spends most of his free time in home and landscaping improvement. Sweat equity. DIY. Gotta love it. He is my true partner in life--I am thrilled to be his 'gurrllfriend'!

My son, Trevin, is a Senior at Olivet Nazarene University and is the drummer for the Jazz Band. He is our principle percussionist and trapset sub for the summer at CFC. He just keeps getting better and better. I never dreamed that buying drum sticks for him at the age of three and letting him bang on the pots and pan would have such awesome results!! Trev is an amzing young man with great talent, a committed heart and a gentle spirit.

He is a Criminal Justice major at ONU and wants to be a cop and eventually work for the F.B.I. Although it is not a safe career option that his mother would choose, I certainly understand his calling to 'right wrongs' and help people who need desparately need it. I am extremely proud to be his mom.

His current passions are music, movies, XBOX 360 and the Washington Capitols! Rock the RED!!!
PS. He is single and adorable!

My daughter, Taylin, is a carbon copy of me. We totally get each other. She is a Freshman at Olivet Nazarene University this year and has experienced great success on the stage. Tay landed the lead as 'Sandy' in a summerstage production of "Grease'! It was her dream role and I was so proud to be the momma of the STAR!!! She has already been in numerous productions at ONU and is a soprano in Orpheus Choir. Needless to say she is a busy girl and frequently requests parental charity because her performing schedule does not allow for employment opportunities. We call it her $50 hand. Cause every time she sticks it out, it's 50 bucks. She says..."that's how I roll". Gotta love her!!!

When she is home for college breaks, she shares the platform with me as a praise team vocalist at church and it won’t be long before she will “out sing” me-- simply because she lives, eats and breathes it. Maybe we’ll go on the road together…like the Judds. She is an incredible young woman who brings great joy to my life. Someday, I hope to be exactly like her.

Here’s my passion:

To make music. I believe it’s exactly what I was created to do! My repertoire consists of contemporary Christian cover tunes, original compositions and parodies, as well as selections for praise and worship. Send an email or call if you’d like to talk to me about performing at a concert, retreat or a worship event. I’d love to share my gift with you.
